1. Daily maintenance and precautions:

1. Do not touch or collide with the movable beam of the scanning workbench when the light pen is working;

2. The laser and optical lens are fragile, so handle them carefully and avoid vibration;

3. When there is a malfunction in the machine, stop work immediately and be handled by professional staff;

4. It is strictly forbidden to start the laser power supply when there is no water or the water circulation is abnormal;

5. Pay attention to the switch sequence;

6. Note that the format of the marking machine shall not exceed the working format;

7. Pay attention to keeping the room and machine surface clean and tidy;

8. Pay attention to keep the internal circulating water clean, clean the water tank regularly and replace with deionized water or pure water;

9. Please bring safety goggles when you work to prevent myopia glasses from being irritated by strong light;

10. Note that it is strictly forbidden to place your hands within the range of the laser scanner during application;

11. For safe use of electricity, do not operate with wet hands;

12. During the whole operation of the laser marking machine, the head and hands should not be inserted into the machine body to prevent accidental injury;

13. Please do not turn on and off frequently, and it can be turned on after at least 3 minutes after turning off.

2. Environmental requirements:

The working environment of the machine must always be kept clean. The temperature of the working environment of the machine should be kept at 15-30℃ and the humidity should be 45-75%. There is ventilation equipment, no strong vibration, no heating element around; clean and dust-free.

3. Maintenance of the whole machine:

1. If it is cooled by water cooling, it is required to use pure water, deionized water or distilled water, which is non-sticky and often replaced;

2. Keep the workbench and work surface clean and tidy;

3. Keep the guide rails of the scanning table clean, and regularly use a soft brush to remove dust;

4. When the sliding rod of the scanning table runs unevenly, you can apply some lubricating oil on the axle;

5. The reflector and transmission mirror should be wiped regularly with cotton fiber dipped in alcohol;

6. It is better to lock the cover of the power supply part to prevent metal objects from falling in and damaging the circuit;

7. The scanning workbench used is a precision instrument, so pay attention to keeping the working environment hygienic;

8. Before turning on the laser, check whether the water cooling system is normal to ensure the safety of the laser;

9. After the laser is turned on, do not approach the light path. If the circuit breaks down or the laser power supply fails, please ask a professional for repair;

10. For machines that use casters and foot cups at the same time, after the position of the machine is fixed, please use the foot cups to support the machine. This can ensure the stability of the machine, and can also avoid the deformation and damage of the casters caused by long-term pressure;

11. Do not use corrosive reagents to clean the parts of the machine, especially the optical components;

12. The fluctuation of the power supply grid should be less than 10%. If it cannot be guaranteed, a voltage stabilizer must be installed.
