1. Check the lens

(1) Check the protection of the light outlet: whether the lens is dirty, if it is dirty, wipe the lens clean with a lens cleaning paper or a cotton swab moistened with alcohol.

(2) Open the cover to check whether the lens is dirty, and wipe it clean if it is dirty.

(3) Remove the front and rear protective covers of the xenon lamp, check whether the xenon lamp mirror is dirty, and wipe it clean if it is dirty.

(4) The beam expander is also checked, and if it is dirty, wipe it clean carefully.

2. Adjust the light path

The lenses are wiped clean, and we can also adjust the lower light path (by adjusting the adjustment valve on the total reflection and semi-reflection seat to adjust the intensity of the laser), adjust the laser to the most ideal effect (that is, when the spot is the roundest and the brightest ).

Take the product on the machine to test, if the melting point is reached and the welding effect is satisfactory, it means that the reason for the weakening of the laser light is due to the dirty lens or the problem of the optical path.

We wiped all the lenses clean and the laser was adjusted to the best. The problem of weak light has not been solved yet. It means that there is a problem with our xenon lamp. At this time, we can only replace the xenon lamp.
